Description
The Town of Port-au-Port West, Aguathuna, Felix Cove will implement a three-phase asset managementinitiative. Phase 1 of the initiative will include creating an asset register for fixed infrastructure assets andsetting up a geographical information system (GIS). Phase 2 will include prioritizing the Town’s assetregister in terms of the consequence of failure and the probability of failure. Finally, Phase 3 will includecapital and policy planning and will end with a workshop for both Council and staff.
