Description
The project will focus on the Village of Lytton gaining further value from already established organizational processes and information. It encompasses all infrastructure owned, and aims to provide staff with a means of seeing the effects of contemplated decisions on asset performance and expenditure before they are made.The Village will review existing information for buildings, vehicles, equipment, infrastructure including all water and sewer lines and storm systems. The review will also include assets that have not been specifically identified in its capital asset module, for example, a caboose that the Village now looks after, park benches, tables, etc. The Village will then develop Corporate-data-driven deterioration and improvement trends. Overall, the administration will be at an improved vantage point for providing an environment for sustainable socio-economic growth.
