Description
The Municipality is an amalgamation of four incorporated Municipalities and remaining portion of two unincorporated Municipalities. The amalgamated Municipality will undertake the improvement and updating of an Asset Management Plan and Life-cycle Strategy and implementation of CityWide GIS Viewer software.The Asset Management Plan, Lifecycle Strategy and GIS software will allow the Municipality to gain an advanced understanding of asset performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. The development of the Asset Management Plan will be critical in complying with provincial regulations and enhancing the Municipality’s overall understanding of its Asset Management program. Further, the Lifecycle Strategy and software will be a critical piece in continuing to advance asset data and improve planning processes.
