Description
Through this project, the Western Regional Service Board (WRSB) will develop a dynamic excel-based model that will allow it to analyze asset-related financial decisions and how they will impact future operations. As a result of the project, WRSB will gain an understanding of its existing assets (vehicles and machinery) and future needs. The MAMP grant will allow WRSB to determine the asset needs (purchase and maintenance) from a financial planning perspective. The project will result in WRSB staff enabled to use the financial asset planning model to make informed financial decisions.
