Description
The Town of Battleford will develop an Infrastructure Condition Assessment that will include detailed data collection of the existing municipal sanitary and storm sewer infrastructure through topographic surveys and video inspection of sewer lines, where required. The Town will also compile data collected with existing data to produce comprehensive asset maps of the water, sanitary sewer, and drainage systems. The Town of Battleford will complete modeling of its sanitary and storm sewer systems to determine the existing capacity within each system. As part of the data collection, the Town will install permanent flow monitoring stations at various locations to monitor flow activities. The Town of Battleford will prepare a comprehensive Asset Management Plan (AMP), which will include strategic planning regarding construction, maintenance, renewal and replacement of assets, and up to date valuations of infrastructure assets,
