Description
The Village of Cumberland will complete corporate-wide training on key asset management concepts for staff and elected officials, the creation of an asset management policy, outlining goals, objectives, guiding principles, roles and responsibilities as well as the development of an action plan which identifies current and future asset management practices, areas of improvement, organizational priorities and is integrated within the Village’s existing long-range plans.The project will allow the Village of Cumberland to establish a clear, consistent and systematized approach to asset management across the organization, enabling informed decision-making and effective stewardship of its assets, with a long-term goal of sustainable service delivery.
