Description
The Town of Altona has identified gaps in our infrastructure, thus the town has taken the first step towards asset management planning and infrastructure improvement through the purchase of a GIS system. Further funding is needed to: 1. collect and compile asset information into one central system,2. develop an asset management plan framework, and3. conduct asset management training on asset management principles.
