Description
The Rural Municipality will maintain an asset management program for the building category. The RM willdevelop an Asset Management Strategy for its buildings & long-term planning. This project will involve municipal council and staff. The RM will be utilizing the PubWorks program to validate current data and provide training recorded to staff. This will not only ensure continually added assets from all categories are kept up to date moving forward but will assist administration and council with budgeting/forecasting and future capital planning.
