Description
The Town of Coronach will develop an Asset Management Policy, followed an asset management analysisand the development of performance measures. The Town will also conduct a condition assessment and complete a life-cycle analysis. This project will deliver a long-range infrastructure sustainability plan that will determine optimal funding allocations and performance levels (i.e. Level of Service). A short-range detailed works program will be developed in line with meeting these targets. The major asset groups are the urban roads and subsurface piping network. The analysis will also include the other asset groups including, buildings, treatment facilities, and fleet. This approach is based on best practices recognized through the national and international research and scientific community. It applies a database application to provide continued support for Asset Managementby managing condition data and work history, reporting the on-going state of the infrastructure (Level of Service), and managing the program strategy.
