Description
These projects are designed to improve our asset management data as well as our overall organizationalcompetency in asset management. With this new capacity, we will be able to make better informedinfrastructure investment and management decisions. The development of a holistic asset managementprogram requires several key steps including the development of a strategic asset management policy,improved and integrated asset data, and an organization-wide understanding of the importance of assetmanagement. The proposed projects will aide in the implementation of a comprehensive and sustainableasset management program in Centre Hastings now and into the future.
