The M.D. of Willow Creek will continuously improve its Asset Management capacity and understanding of the services the assets provide to the community. The municipality will improve its data and informationestablish Policy, Strategy, Terms of Reference and a Roadmap through an Asset Management Team to guide our actions. The M.D. will evaluate the function, condition, and risk of assets to aid in decision making and understanding.
