Description
The Village of Kaslo will bring together various asset assessments and plans that have been completed over the past several years and fill information gaps to create a comprehensive asset registry. The projectwill expand information on critical asset classes, such as sections of water and sewer main, individual components, maintenance, and renewal schedules.Asset management should become part of every job and every strategic and financial decision for the Village. Achieving this goal requires additional internal capacity and funds. Therefore, the first goal of the project is to hire a competent program manager to aid the Village in advancing to the next level.
