Description
The Region of Waterloo will develop an Asset Management Training Program. Starting in 2016 the Region of Waterloo embarked on an Asset Management Systems Implementation Project (AMSIP). This project involved the implementation of a corporate Work Management System coupled with a Decision Support System. As the Region has been rolling out these programs staff have identified a need to develop an asset management training program, from very general asset management principles to specific training on the use of new Asset Management systems.
