Description
The Town of Gull Lake will undertake an Integrated Asset Management Plan (IAP) a community driven innovative approach to asset management planning developing strategies to manage the Town’s linear infrastructure through a Community Needs Assessment identifying the immediate and future infrastructure needs of the community and a Condition Assessment of the municipal roads, sanitary sewer and water distribution network.By taking a community-based approach the development of asset management strategies focuses on both organizational and community development. This approach will provide additional value beyond the IAP towards policy recommendations for future updates incorporating asset management policies.
