Description
The City has lots of data and information such as inventories, plans, strategies, and models / profiles (like risk) but these remain relatively unknown and unavailable to decision makers in the absence of an effective dissemination platform. This impairs cost effective decision making and strategic goal alignment. The City of Coquitlam will through this project design dashboards and their contents to provide decision-centric information for strategic, tactical and operational managers focusing on their day-to-day decision making. The information will be presented in graphical formats with trends, comparable exceptions and drill-down capabilities that will easily show real progress and performance, transforming the least effective tabular reports.
