Description
The Town of Norman’s Cove will implement an Asset management project in three phases. In the first phase, the town will create an asset register for fixed infrastructure assets using a Geographical Information System (GIS). In Phase 2, assets will be prioritized in terms of consequence of failure and probability of failure and critical asset will be identified. Phase 3 will focus on the high priority assets (identified in Phase 2) and capital and operational strategies and policies will be developed.
