Description
The Town of Hawke's Bay will develop an Asset Management Policy to guide decisions on services andinfrastructure. The Town will undertake an assessment of service levels and risk to identify high prioritiesfor infrastructure replacement and renewal. Refined State of Infrastructure Reports reflecting level ofservice and risk assessment outcomes will present the information in an easy to read and understandformat for Council and the public. Renewal and replacement projects will be prioritized through a riskassessment process to support preparation of a 5-year capital program for the Town.
