Description
This project will enable the Town of NEMI to access training and professional development opportunitiesfor municipal staff to learn how to better assess current capacity and identify and address gaps incompetencies and systems. This project will assist the municipality in adopting current and proven assetmanagement practices, such as gaining support from municipal leaders, collecting data to assess existinginfrastructure, developing governance models and implementing plans and processes.
