Description
The Municipality will undertake the development of an Asset Management Plan and systems training to enhance its asset inventory. The plan will ensure compliance with provincial regulations and greatly enhance our overall understanding of our assets leading to more proactive maintenance and budgeting. The plan will contain information on current Levels of Service and lifecycle, as well as consider future growth and the impacts on our assets. This plan will be critical in future budgeting decisions, helping to ensure maintenance of the Town’s assets at the lowest cost to citizens.
