Description
The Town of Blind River will implement an Asset Management (AM) Strategy, as well as develop a lifecycleframework and Asset Management (AM) Plan. These activities will allow the Town to gain an advanced understanding of the performance of their assets. The Town also seeks to utilize data driven decisions to effectively plan for future maintenance. The Town’s AM Plan and AM Strategy will be critical in complying with provincial regulations and enhancing the overall understanding of their local asset management program, which will lead to more effective internal processes.
