Description
The Corporation of the Township of Dorion will be undertaking the development of an Asset Management plan, data project with training, and condition assessments on its buildings and road networks. The development of the AM plan and enhancements to the data will allow the Township to gain an advanced understanding of the assets’ performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. The development of the AM plan will be critical in complying with provincial regulations and enhancing the overall understanding of the AM program. Further, improvements to the asset data will provide accurate information, which will lead to more cost-effective decisions into the long-term.
