Description
The Township of Cramahe will develop a lifecycle and levels of service framework and allocate staff time towards the completion of the proposed activities. The development of these frameworks will allow the Township to gain an advanced understanding of asset performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. The use of staff time towards these activities will ensure internal involvement in the development of the frameworks, leading to greater staff understanding of the Township's asset management data and program development. Finally, the frameworks will be critical in the development of future asset management plans and ensure alignment with provincial regulations.
