Description
As a foundational step in the town’s Asset Management journey, the Village of Barnwell will conduct a condition assessment of its infrastructure assets, identify levels of service priorities and costs, and collect data in a usable format with an accessible location. The Village of Barnwell recognizes that each community is unique and wants to celebrate the community spirit by developing an in-house framework that capitalizes on the town’s distinct “Sense of Place” as a small rural village. For Sense of Place – Asset Management Framework, Phase 1, the town will update the Infrastructure Master Plan, centralize asset data, and attach the finances to the Asset Management Framework.
