Description
The Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) seeks to have complete and comprehensive asset management plans (AMP) for all 19 RDCK owned water systems in place to guide and support the organization in making informed infrastructure investment decisions. There are 9 systems still in need of an AMP with the 10 already completed plans in need of the additional Risk Criticality Model component. The ultimate goal is to ensure that resources are invested well, customer service levels are met, and organization strategic plan priorities can be achieved effectively and efficiently.
