Description
Through this project, the City of Bathurst will work towards improving its competencies in assetmanagement. The City will develop a new asset management policy and update job descriptions to includeasset management. Using an ArcGIS Enterprise platform deployed throughout the entire corporation, theCity staff will keep a real-time inventory of its assets which will include financial information. They will putup a new work order & asset inspection system taking full advantage of Esri Enterprise solutions. Thissoftware will be used in the City effort to comply with Provincial AM requirements.
