Description
The Rural Municipality (RM) of Connaught No. 457 will establish long-term strategic plans which identifies the priority of the municipality—including Asset Management (AM). This plan will lay out timelines, leadership and create policies to continue for Asset Management to be completed. The Town will establishan AM Committee to inform on council's AM decision-making for better long-term strategic plans. The RM will work with Northbound Planning to obtain and create an Asset Management plan for the municipality. The project will involve municipal staff learning about and discussing levels of service, risk management and life cycle costs associated with providing services.
