Description
Manitouwadge will undertake the development of data collection tools, the implementation of asset management software, as well as complete an asset management maturity assessment and asset management training. Through these activities, Manitouwadge will be able to identify its overall organization gaps in asset management and conduct more accurate reporting and forecasting of its asset management program. This new capacity will ensure that the Township is building an effective asset management program that will enable it to make more informed infrastructure investment decisions.
