Description
The Municipality of South Bruce will complete a condition assessment for their facilities, to obtain accurate Replacement Cost values, condition information and estimated replacement dates of these assets. The resulting condition assessment report will lead to better management decisions. The Municipality will also develop a detailed asset management strategy document, including detailed procedures and responsibilities for building, updating and maintaining the Asset Management Plan and key initiatives.
